Where is the NECC Archives located?

The NECC Archives are a department within the NECC Library. The Archives are located in Bentley Library (Building A) on the Haverhill Campus. The address is 100 Elliot Street, Haverhill, MA, 01830.

How can I donate to the NECC Archives?

The NECC Archives appreciates all donations of historic materials related to the history of NECC! Please contact the Assistant Dean of Library Services at archives@necc.mass.edu to discuss whether the NECC Archives is the right home for your materials.

Does the NECC Archives allow visitors or researchers?

The archives can accommodate visitors/researchers but an appointment is required. Advance notice is necessary so staff has time to prepare and locate appropriate materials prior to your visit. To inquire about scheduling an appointment, please call 978-556-3400 or email archives@necc.mass.edu

Where can I find college history or records available in the archives?

Materials that have been digitized are available on this site and the Internet Archive. Many of our materials, including student publications such as the NECC Observer, have not yet been digitized and must be viewed in person. Contact the archives at archives@necc.mass.edu if you are looking for a particular item or record.

I have ideas for potential collaboration with the NECC Archives, how can I share them?

We are open to any new ideas that allow us to share our collections to others at Northern Essex and the surrounding community- please reach out to use at archives@necc.mass.edu to get the conversation started.

May I borrow materials and take them home with me?

All archives materials are for in-library use only.
