2010s

2010: NECC Riverwalk at 360 Merrimack opened for classes in the fall with a dedication on January 13, 2011.  The Riverwalk site was home to the Corporate and Community Education Center and featured 20 classrooms for credit and non-credit course as well as five computer training rooms, a conference room, and staff offices.

2011: The Technology Center on the Haverhill Campus is rededicated as the David Hartleb Technology Center. David Hartleb retires as College President; Lane Glenn is installed as his successor.

2013: The Ibrahim El Hefni Allied Health & Technology Center opens on the Lawrence Campus, housing many of the colleges core Health Science programs and facilities.

2017: The Spurk Building rededication occurred on September 19 following a year-long, $18 million renovation.

2019: The Dimitry Building was rededicated on November 1 after a two-year, $6.5 million renovation.
