2005: The Technology Center opens on the Haverhill campus. The college also launched non-credit courses through the Corporate and Community Education Center in North Andover, with extension sites in Andover and Methuen.

2005: The newly renovated Ourania Behrakis Student Center opened, centralizing student service offices in one area on the Haverhill Campus.

2006: The Alumni Association celebrated its 35 year anniversary. The association was founded in 1971 by President Bentley for the purpose of reconnecting with alumni.

2007: NECC’s first fully online program, an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice was announced.

2008: The college implemented it’s own “Leadership Academy” for employees; a yearlong experience where participants develop leadership skills.
